Mariah M.L. Bauer, Ph.D.
Mariah is a creative, strategic, mission-driven professional, certified change practitioner, and communicator with over twenty-five years of experience at the nexus of academic, government, military, industry, and nonprofit sectors. She has managed complex projects across every domain, and has a background in compliance; quality control and assurance; business process development and improvement; policy and process creation and implementation; full-scale operations (including facilities, HR, finance); and etc. Mariah has worked with executives, researchers, academics, and entrepreneurs on various business, research, and academic initiatives that require strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead diverse teams and drive consensus. She possesses exceptionally strong business acumen and organizational, communication, marketing, brand communications, storytelling, and writing ability that drive innovation and execution. Mariah received her Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Maryland, and an interdisciplinary B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.
Matthew R. Malone
Matthew is an artist and entrepreneur who has owned and operated three companies over the years, including a construction company, a digital media company (since 2012), and a Brazilian jiu jitsu training academy (established in 2021). Matthew has deep knowledge and skills in all of these domains, including construction and building, and significant expertise in all aspects of business ownership and management, to include project management, operations, quality assurance, and etc. With regard to digital media, Matthew has produced world-class photography and video products for corporations, professionals, artists, and individuals; has traveled widely to shoot on location; and has produced a range of products for businesses, television and radio advertisements, music videos, documentaries, to memorialize special events and occasions, and capture portraits of individuals. Matthew received his B.A. from Towson University in Mass Communications with a focus in film and has broad expertise in skills relevant to visual arts, cameras, associated equipment and software, and state-of-the-art methods and techniques.
